Every year on October 31, St. Paul’s has its annual Lower School Halloween Parade. The pre-kindergarten thru second grade roamed the streets in various different outfits. There were many costumes this year ranging from ninjas, scary clowns, memes and characters from all various forms of media. Below are who Journalism thinks had the best costumes.
