We all know what you’ve been wondering: How do I get a Valentine this year? Well, this one’s for you. Here are some rather colorful words to use when attempting to acquire a Valentine.
“Chat is this rizz?” – Derived from the now iconic (and somewhat dated term), “rizz.” A close translation to average English would be charisma, specifically within the context of romance. The chat portion comes from communication with a supposed audience or “chat,” and it is always important to clue the audience in, or in this case, friends, to determine the best course of action. It is vital to get your friends’ feedback on your romantic endeavors hence this phrase. The only downside to this phrase is that it ruins your “aura” (your vibes), so avoid saying this in front of the huzz. (see last paragraph)
Next, we asked Urban Dictionary to define a classic. Especially for those in high school: “super senior.”
According to the slang-master website, a “super senior” is a senior who is super close with a freshman or is a year older than a senior. Being older might also give you “unc” status, meaning “old” and derived from “uncle.” In recent years, the phenomenon has gained some attention, not excluding the St. Paul’s community. In fact, in recent media, there have been a few examples of this, such as Eddie Munson (Stranger Things) and Jacob from Twilight.
Next up, “func,” meaning “function.” This one is essential for knowing where the “huzz” is (see last paragraph). In order to find the “func,” you must ask the chat where the event is taking place in order to apply your “rizz.”
If you want to reach the epitome of being a loser, say
Fine S****
A fine STUFF (censored) is the object of your affection, whom you find attractive. But to find out if fine stuff is actually fine, you must consult chat to make sure they are not the devious “chuzz.”
The difference between the “huzz” and “chuzz,” is vital — one must not get the two confused. The ‘c’ in “chuzz” comes from the word “chopped.” “Chopped” essentially means unattractive, ugly, and revolting even. The good counterpart of the “chuzz” is the “huzz.” The “huzz,” meaning an attractive individual (or group) that you are trying to “rizz.”
With these slang words, you will score a Valentine, guaranteed!
